Fused Cast High Zirconia Block(TY-Z88-WS) is made of artificial synthesis of high pure raw material, which are through special casting process by melting the raw material in the mold at temperatures in excess of 2700°C in an electric arc furnace, then cooling and solidification. The crystalline texture is consisting of baddeleyite and ZrO2 is more than 89%.
Zirconia is very thermally stable to high temperatures (excellent thermal shock resistance), has low thermal conductivity This product has dense structure, high temperature resistance, high abrasion resistance, strong corrosion resistance and low pollution to glass liquid, etc.
