Fused Cast AZS 36 Brick With High Corrosion Resistance To Glass Liquid

Fused Cast AZS 36 Brick is also called electro Zircon corundum brick, in which AZS means Alumina-Zirconia-Silica and 36 means the ZrO2 contents is 36%. It Brick has high corrosion resistance due to its high quality material and special casting method which leads to its good dense structure. This brick is produced with Australia imported superior zircon sand which is casted by melting it in the mold with high temperature, then cooling and solidification.

Compared with Fused Cast AZS 33, AZS 36 contains more zirconia crystals which makes its structure denser, and this leads to its stronger corrosion resistance and lower pollution to glass liquid, so AZS 36 is considered as the excellent performance product in AZS series product.What’s more, the material has good castability which enables the production to make a great variety of straight or approximate straigh bricks. In addition, there are different cast processes of AZS bricks which can fulfill different demands for different parts of glass furnace.
